All of the yoga classes at The Yoga Shed are taught by Jenny who has been teaching yoga since 2005 and has a Diploma of Yoga Teaching with the International Yoga Teachers Association.
Jenny teaches asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation. Jenny’s classes encourage awareness and non-competitiveness and her classes make every attempt to accommodate the needs of students who have varying abilities and experience.
One of the most unique and exquisite forms of meditation at The Yoga Shed involve the use of Singing Bowls. Jenny is a big advocate of sound based meditation and has built quite a collection of Singing Bowls over the years. Jenny is is also experienced in the subtle areas of sound based yoga including mantra and bhakti yoga.
Jenny’s vision to provide a beautiful teaching space, complimented by nature and ethical food production is truly inspiring and provides the foundation for likeminded people to connect.
