Meditation Day Course


Purify the mind with meditation. Find a meditation that suits you and perhaps develop your own home based routine.

Start by learning how to sit for meditation, the theory of meditation and hand mudras or hand positions used in meditation.

Various Meditation Techniques will be taught utilising both the sitting and lying down position. Meditation techniques include tratak (candle flame gazing), Japa with Mala (meditation technique using a beaded necklace), pranayama (breath) meditations and sound meditations.

This course provides a wonderful overview of meditation and the lifestyle that supports it
