8-Week Unlimited Wellness Term
Sat 2 May – Wed 24 Jun 2026

This is an opportunity to stay consistently connected to your practice over the full 8-week term.

Unlimited access allows you to attend as many classes as you like, choosing from Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound. You can establish a steady rhythm, or vary your week depending on what’s needed.

Why choose Unlimited?

As life becomes fuller and more demanding, many people are looking beyond fitness alone toward a more integrated approach to wellbeing.

Unlimited access supports this by giving you regular points of contact throughout the week — helping to maintain physical health, mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of connection.

It also represents strong value, even if you plan to attend two classes per week.

What you’ll experience

Consistency of practice
Regular Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Sound support nervous system regulation, energy levels, and self-awareness over time.

Practical tools
Develop simple, transferable skills that support focus, emotional balance, and clearer decision-making in daily life.

A unique setting

The studio is fully equipped and set within native bushland and permaculture gardens, with mountain views and a quiet, retreat-like atmosphere.

Everything is in place to support the practice — from mats and bolsters to blankets and eye pillows — so you can settle in without distraction.

This one-hour chanting and meditation class offers a steady, grounding practice to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity.

The session centres around the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, a traditional yogic healing mantra chanted 108 times. The repetition of sound and rhythm helps settle the mind and stabilise the nervous system, creating the conditions for deeper awareness and ease.

Chanting is supported by the harmonium, a traditional instrument that blends naturally with the human voice, helping to sustain tone, rhythm, and focus throughout the practice.

Alongside the chanting, we include a guided meditation that explores the quality of healing we would like to cultivate—both for ourselves and for those around us. This brings a clear sense of intention to the practice, allowing it to move beyond repetition into something more purposeful and integrated.

The class also offers a space to check in with what balance is needed across the different layers of our being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Over time, this supports a more intentional way of living, where actions begin to align more naturally with a state of wellbeing.

Time is taken at the end of class to sit quietly and absorb the effects of the practice.

Mantras are taught clearly and accessibly. No prior experience with chanting is required.

This 90-minute class offers a slow, spacious, and deeply immersive practice designed to support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and a sense of inner clarity.

Classes weave together mindful movement, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), gentle joint-focused sequences, chakra-informed practice, restorative postures, and sound meditation. The pace is intentionally unhurried, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to move out of “doing mode” and into a more receptive, regulated state.

A distinctive feature of this class is that it begins with a lying-down sound meditation. This opening practice allows the body and mind to arrive fully, helping to release the busyness of the day and gently reset the nervous system before movement begins. From this grounded state, the practice naturally unfolds into mindful movement and breath, allowing the postures to become a form of moving meditation rather than effort-based exercise.

Each week the class gently explores one of the seven chakras, offering insight into its qualities and influence on the physical, mental, emotional, and psychological levels. Over the course of the term, students gain a clear sense of how the chakra system functions as an integrated whole, supporting greater self-awareness and balance in daily life.

Movement is fluid and considered, supporting ease through the joints and natural flow through the body. Options are always offered, including the use of an ottoman for supported variations, making the practice adaptable without losing depth or integrity.

With elements of movement, breath, sound, and stillness, this class offers a truly “all-in-one” experience — particularly valued by those seeking to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and nourishing way.

A restorative evening class designed to support nervous system regulation and release accumulated physical tension.

The class focuses on yoga stretches, mindful movement and breath awareness, creating space in the body while allowing the system to settle.

There is an emphasis on bringing mind and body back into alignment—helping to recalibrate after the demands of the day and reduce the impact of ongoing physical and mental holding patterns.

This is a quieter, more inwardly focused class that helps shift you out of the momentum of the day.

Each session concludes with a guided meditation to support a steady transition into the evening.

Who it’s for

Suitable for all levels. Particularly beneficial if you’re experiencing physical tightness, mental fatigue, or difficulty switching off. This class will suit those who prefer a more measured, restorative approach over a dynamic practice.

A grounded practice of movement, breath, and awareness to prepare body and mind for the day.

This one-hour class offers a systematic, inwardly oriented yoga practice designed to prepare practitioners not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally for the day ahead. The emphasis is on cultivating an energy state that is supportive rather than depletive — strengthening the practitioner’s capacity to meet the day with clarity, resilience, and composure.

The practice moves from the more tangible aspects of movement toward the subtler dimensions of breath regulation, awareness, and meditation, helping to organise energy and attention at the beginning of the day rather than dispersing it.

Classes integrate asana, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), and meditation in a balanced and thoughtful way. Movement is used to mobilise and stabilise the body without rushing or strain, supporting long-term physical wellbeing while preparing the system for sustained attention rather than exertion.

Pranayama plays a central role in this class, helping to balance and refine prāṇa, integrate physical and mental processes, and support emotional steadiness. Rather than stimulating or exhausting the system, breath practices are used to cultivate regulation, clarity, and continuity.

Each session includes time for meditation, allowing the effects of movement and breath to settle and supporting an alert yet grounded quality of awareness. The practice encourages the development of the witnessing capacity — learning to observe experience clearly without becoming pulled into mental or emotional reactivity.

The pacing of the class supports presence, subtlety, and continuity, making it well suited to morning practice and to students interested in cultivating balanced prāṇa, mental steadiness, and emotional resilience rather than pursuing intensity or performance.

This one-hour Sound Healing Meditation class offers a deeply restorative, lying-down practice designed to support nervous system regulation, mental quiet, and a sense of inner balance.

The practice blends guided yogic meditation techniques with immersive sound, allowing attention to move away from constant thinking and into a more embodied experience of sensing, feeling, and presence. Rather than “switching off,” the emphasis is on gently shifting out of analytical mode and into a calmer, more receptive state of awareness.

Sound is used deliberately and skillfully to support meditative depth and nervous system regulation. Instruments and frequencies are selected and layered to encourage specific shifts in awareness, allowing the meditation to unfold in a way that feels coherent, grounded, and deeply settling.

Many students experience this class as a powerful reset — supporting improved sleep, greater resilience to stress, and a steadier inner state in the days that follow.

This class also offers an excellent entry point for those wanting to learn meditation in a practical, embodied way. Alongside the experience itself, students are gradually introduced to foundational meditation language and principles, while repeatedly experiencing a deeply relaxed yet aware state. Over time, this builds familiarity and confidence in holding such states, providing a strong foundation for applying meditation skills in daily life or progressing into more independent or advanced practices at home.

Your Experience

The class is practised lying down in comfort and includes the use of a wide range of sound meditation instruments, including:

  • Binaural Beat Singing Bowls

  • Chakra Balancing Singing Bowls

  • Gong

  • Chakra Drum & Ocean Drum

  • Shamanic Rattle

  • Harmony Ball and other subtle sound instruments

All props are provided, including yoga mats, mattresses, bolsters, cushions, weighted sandbags, blankets, and eye pillows, allowing the body to fully rest and receive the practice without effort.

This one-hour meditation class offers a practical, inwardly focused approach to applying meditation skills in daily life. It is designed for students who already have some experience with meditation and are ready to work with greater clarity, responsibility, and integration.

Rather than focusing on relaxation alone, the class explores meditation as a discipline for cultivating steadiness, discernment, and conscious response in the midst of real-world demands. Each session includes guided meditation alongside reflection and inquiry, supporting a deeper understanding of how meditation works and when to apply specific approaches beyond the studio.

A key theme within this class is the practical exploration of the yamas and niyamas — yoga’s ethical and personal observances — approached as lived principles rather than abstract philosophy. These teachings are explored in a contemporary, grounded way, helping students examine patterns of behaviour, inner responses, boundaries, and values with honesty and self-awareness.

The emphasis throughout is on integration: learning how to pause, witness, regulate, and respond more skilfully, rather than reacting from habit or conditioning. Over time, students develop a more reliable relationship with meditative awareness and a clearer sense of how it can inform everyday decisions, relationships, and life transitions.

Experience & Suitability

This class is best suited to students who:

  • already have some experience with meditation

  • are comfortable sitting with inner experience

  • are interested in applying meditation beyond formal practice

  • value depth, reflection, and long-term integration

For those who are newer to meditation, or who would benefit from additional support in internalisation and steadiness, the weekly Sound Healing Meditation class on our timetable or a private meditation session with Jenny is recommended as a preparatory step. These options provide guided support in relaxation, internalisation, and learning to recognise and hold calm, aware states before moving into this more inquiry-based practice.
