Individual Yoga Therapy Program (3 sessions)

Yoga Therapy offers a personalised approach to using yoga as a tool for supporting physical health, emotional balance, and greater self-understanding.

Jenny Searles has over 20 years of experience teaching and practising yoga and later undertook additional training as a Yoga Therapist — a specialised qualification held by relatively few yoga teachers. This work draws on yogic practices such as gentle movement, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), relaxation, meditation, and reflective awareness to support your individual needs.

This program may be helpful if you are:

• navigating stress, fatigue, or difficulty switching off
• working with physical limitations or ongoing discomfort
• moving through a life transition or period of change
• feeling stuck in recurring mental or emotional patterns
• wanting a more personalised and therapeutic approach to yoga

The program includes an initial consultation and assessment followed by a personalised Yoga Therapy plan which is explored and refined over three sessions.

Booking:
This is a 3-session program. Only the first session is booked through the calendar. The remaining sessions are scheduled together after your initial consultation.
