Sessions may include gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama (yogic breathing practices), sound healing or a combination of these approaches. Each session is adapted to suit your experience level, physical needs, and intentions for the practice.
These sessions are also well suited to individuals, couples, or small groups visiting the beautiful Pokolbin wine region of the Hunter Valley, or for those who cannot attend our regular group class times but would still like to experience yoga or meditation in a supportive and personalised setting.
