This 45-minute Sunrise Strength Yoga class offers a mindful, awareness-based approach to building strength, mobility, and confidence over time. The practice is steady and considered, designed to help you feel stronger and more capable in your body without rushing or pushing.
Classes include accessible strength-based sequences, with options offered throughout so students can move at their own pace and respond to their own capacity on the day. The emphasis is on consistency, good movement patterns, and learning how to move well — rather than intensity, speed, or performance.
