This class is designed to gently wake up both body and mind through activating yoga postures, flowing sequences, and energising breathing practices. The focus is on building warmth, circulation, and clarity, while supporting digestion, mood, and mental balance in a grounded, steady way.
A highlight of the class is a rhythmic Sun Salute sequence, practised in seven rounds to the beat of the djembe drum. This creates a strong sense of focus, flow, and embodied presence — helping you feel awake, centred, and ready for the day ahead.
