This 90-minute class offers a slow, spacious, and deeply immersive practice designed to support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and a sense of inner clarity.

Classes weave together mindful movement, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), gentle joint-focused sequences, chakra-informed practice, restorative postures, and sound meditation. The pace is intentionally unhurried, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to move out of “doing mode” and into a more receptive, regulated state.

A distinctive feature of this class is that it begins with a lying-down sound meditation. This opening practice allows the body and mind to arrive fully, helping to release the busyness of the day and gently reset the nervous system before movement begins. From this grounded state, the practice naturally unfolds into mindful movement and breath, allowing the postures to become a form of moving meditation rather than effort-based exercise.

Each week the class gently explores one of the seven chakras, offering insight into its qualities and influence on the physical, mental, emotional, and psychological levels. Over the course of the term, students gain a clear sense of how the chakra system functions as an integrated whole, supporting greater self-awareness and balance in daily life.

Movement is fluid and considered, supporting ease through the joints and natural flow through the body. Options are always offered, including the use of an ottoman for supported variations, making the practice adaptable without losing depth or integrity.

With elements of movement, breath, sound, and stillness, this class offers a truly “all-in-one” experience — particularly valued by those seeking to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and nourishing way.
