This one-hour Yin Stretch & Flow class offers a gentle, grounding practice designed to calm the nervous system, ease physical tension, and support emotional regulation at the end of the day.

Classes begin with slow, flowing movement to help settle the body and mind, allowing attention to shift away from the busyness of the day and into present-moment awareness. From here, the practice transitions into floor-based yin postures, held with care and supported by props, to gently work into the fascia and invite deeper inner stillness.

The pace is unhurried and non-competitive, with no pressure to keep up or perform. Poses are offered with thoughtful options so students can respond to their own needs and sensations, making the practice both accessible and quietly profound.

This class supports rest, reflection, and a sense of being held — often appreciated by those who are mentally busy, emotionally stretched, or simply in need of a slower, more nourishing style of practice.

About the Teacher

This class is taught by Victoria, whose teaching is gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of individual experience. Drawing on her background in psychology alongside her yoga training, Victoria offers classes that encourage curiosity, kindness, and a growing sense of safety and ease in the body and mind.

Her teaching blends practical yoga with an understanding of the inner landscape, supporting students to reconnect with themselves in a calm, steady way.
